CURRENT POSITION:
- Legal Adviser and Law Professor: Expert in Constitutional law, Human Rights, Government strategies, Law and Media, Transitional Justice.
- Offering legal consultancy in constitutional law, and human rights to international governmental and non government organizations, in addition to think tanks, and a number of governmental institutions.

-Initiated and applied public policies
- Presented the Palestinian request to the International Criminal Court

- Responsible for various files in the Arab league about the Human Rights and the Humanitarian law
- Established the Human rights Unite in the Ministry of Justice 2009
- Fund raised US$ 25 million to create the project access to Justice and Collecting more for the justice sector in Palestine.
