Bulletin on Constitutional Case-law and CD-Rom CODICES

The Bulletin on Constitutional Case Law reports on the most significant decisions of constitutional courts and courts of equivalent jurisdiction in Europe and other continents, as well as those of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

CODICES is also a publication of the Venice Commission: it's the electronic counterpart of the Bulletin.  CODICES represents approximately 100 000 pages of printed text. Apart from more than 4000 summaries, also published in the Bulletin, the data base contains the full texts of about 5 000 decisions, mainly in English or French but also in other 24 languages. All the special bulletins are also included in CODICES, as are a number of constitutions including the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
