Strasbourg, 8 July 2009 - Secretary of the Venice Commission Gianni
Buquicchio gave an interview prior to a seminar on the role of electoral
management bodies in ensuring the conformity of electoral processes with the
OSCE and the Council of Europe standards, which took place on 16-17 July in
Vienna, Austria.
