1983-90 State notary’s office (since 1989 in charge of administration of the State notary’s office at Prague 10)
1990-91 Adviser to deputy prime minister of the Czechoslovak Federal Republic for human rights, restitution and relations between the state and the churches, preparation of basic laws in this field, especially law on extrajudicial rehabilitations and laws concerning relations between the state and the churches and church restitutions.
