Bishkek – A workshop on drafting decisions was organised for judges of the Constitutional Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic with the objective of teaching them new techniques of drafting court decisions. The judges learnt about the experience of several European Constitutional Courts as well as about the practice of the European Court of Human Rights. On this occasion the participants of the workshop were presented the CODICES InfoBase on Constitutional case-law.
This event was organised jointly with the UNDP office in Bishkek within the projects aimed at supporting the Constitutional Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic with funding provided by the European Union.
