Armenia – request for opinion on the Draft Law on introducing amendments to the Judicial Code

The opinion on the Draft Law on Introducing Amendments and Addenda to the Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia
(term of office of court presidents) has been requested by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia by letter of 1 April 2014.
The draft opinion will be submitted to the Venice Commission for adoption at its next plenary session on 13-14 June 2014.
