Sinaia, Romania - the Second Scientific Electoral Experts Debates co-organised by the Permanent Electoral Authority of Romania (PEA) and the Venice Commission, took place on 3-4 May 2018 in Sinaia. The theme of this event was “Equal Suffrage”.
This event was followed by the International Conference on free elections, Parliaments and nation building, organised by the PEA on 5-6 May 2018.
On this occasion, the “Electoral Expert Review”, published by the Permanent Electoral Authority (PEA), invited stakeholders and those interested to contribute in publishing scientific articles related to the theme of the Second Scientific Electoral Experts Debates: “Equal suffrage”. Deadline for submitting the proposal for articles in English, French or Romanian was 25 March 2018.
