Warsaw – The Venice Commission took part in the launch event of the project “Support to the Follow-up of Electoral Recommendations in the Western Balkans”. This event, organised in the form of a roundtable, was held by the OSCE.
The event highlighted the importance of follow-up of electoral recommendations and informed the participants of the next steps of the project. It began with an outline of the project and followed by three working sessions on election management, voter registration and conduct of the media during election campaigns. Participants of the event included international experts, central election commissions, as well as representatives from civil society and international organisations.
