Bishkek – A republic-wide conference of journalists of the Kyrgyz Republic was organised in Bishkek on 26 May 2018 in partnership with the Media Development Centre. The conference targeted all the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic and focused on such topics as freedom of expression, media monitoring practices during elections, media regulation, etc.
The conference was organised within the framework of the project “Support to Strengthening Democracy through Electoral Reform in the Kyrgyz Republic” implemented by the Venice Commission and funded by the European Union.
