Joint with OSCE/ ODIHR Guidelines on Freedom Association

Warsaw - The Venice Commission participates in a civil society consultation meeting in Warsaw in the framework of the preparation of the Joint Guidelines on Freedom Association in cooperation with the OSCE/ODIHR Odihr. The theme of the meeting is “Enabling Legal Framework for Freedom of Association: Focus on Formation of Associations, Objectives and Activities, Liability and Sanctions”.
During a subsequent meeting, on 10-11 September 2014, the representatives of the Venice Commission and of the OSCE/ODIHR Panel on freedom of association meet to discuss the content of the draft Joint Guidelines on Freedom of Association.
