Council of Europe, Strasbourg - The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has debated the report on "Updating guidelines to ensure fair referendums in Council of Europe member States ", before adopting it. In this debate Mr Gianni BUQUICCHIO, President of the Venice Commission, presented the Commission’s work in the field.
