The National Electoral Chamber of Argentina organised a two-day online training event on "Elections and risks of misinformation: Good practices in digital campaigns and social networks" held on 11 and 13 May 2021.
Ms Simona Granata-Menghini, Secretary of the Venice Commission, participated in the panel discussion of 13 May.
The event was opened by Mr Santiago Corcuera, President of the National Electoral Chamber of Argentina, and was closed by Mr Alberto Dalla Via, Judge at the National Electoral Chamber of Argentina and representative of this country on the Venice Commission.
Argentina has the status of observer state at the Venice Commission.
