Chisinau - A delegation of the Venice Commission lead by its Secretary Thomas Markert, is meeting with the authorities to discuss the electoral reform in view of the forthcoming opinion on the subject.
Experts of the OSCE/ ODIHR also participate in the visit and the preparation of the forthcoming opinion which is scheduled for adoption at the March 2014 plenary session.
