Strasbourg – Deputy Secretary of the Venice Commission Ms Simona Granata-Menghini participated in the debate on “Regional referendum, a tool for democracy: challenges and risks” at the Chamber of Regions of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. She presented the Venice Commission’s Code of Good Practice in Referendums.
