By letter dated 29 June 2018, Mr Beketayev, Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, requested the opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft administrative procedure code.
The rapporteurs of the Commission visited Astana on 28 – 29 August 2018 to exchange views with the authorities.
