Council of Europe, Strasbourg – Ms Veronika Bílková, Vice-President of the Venice Commission, participated in a consultative meeting entitled "Shrinking space for civil society and youth organisations: contemporary challenge and solutions?”.
The event was organised by the Youth department of the Council of Europe.
