By letter of 27 October 2021 the President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova requested an amicus curiae Brief on the ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (Istanbul Convention).
The draft amicus curiae brief will be on the agenda of the December 2021 plenary session (10-11 December 2021).
