In the framework of the preparation of the Joint Opinion of the Venice Commission and OSCE/ODIHR on the draft Law on Political Parties of Mongolia, a delegation of the Venice Comission and OSCE/ODIHR met (online) with representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Parliament, the President’s office, political parties and civil Society Representatives, and other competent authorities and stakeholders.
The draft joint opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 131st Plenary Session, 17-18 June 2022.
