In the framework of the preparation of the draft opinion on the amendments to the Judicial Code of Armenia, the Venice Commission’s rapporteurs met online with the representatives of the following interlocutors:
• Ministry of Justice,
• Supreme Judicial Council,
• Court of Cassation,
• National Assembly,
• civil society organisations.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 133d Plenary session of the Commission (16-17 December 2022).
