Strasbourg - The President of the Venice Commission, Ms Claire Bazy Malaurie, participated in the meeting of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council on the following theme "The examination of the legitimacy and legality of the ad hominem derogation from the term of office of the outgoing President of the Russian Federation".
