Chisinau - Conference on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the Constitution of Moldova on "Fundamental Constitutional Values as a Stability Factor of the Constitutional Regime"
3 themes will be dealt with
- The Constitution – a stabilising and stimulating factor in the socio-economic process,
- the universality of constitutional law and its impact on human rights protection,

- the evolution of constitutional justice in the prism of the European Court of Human Rights.
Presidents and Judges from European Constitutional Courts as well as academics will take part in the Conference.
