Tirana – A delegation of the Venice Commission visited Albania with a view to discussing the upcoming electoral reform with the Parliamentary Ad Hoc Committee on electoral reform, the Central Election Commission and the international organisations present in Tirana.
This visit took place in the framework of "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey", a Joint Programme funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
