Mexico City – The President of the Venice Commission Mr Gianni Buquicchio co-opened the IXth edition of the prestigious Forum of Latin American Democracy. This year the topic was “Challenges for politics and democracy in the digital age”.
The Forum was organised by the National Electoral Institute of Mexico. Many international organisations such as OAS, International IDEA, IFES, IIDH as well as prominent representatives of the Latin American countries are also involved in the Forum.
