By letter dated 17 November 2021, the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Moldova, Mr Sergiu Litvinenko, requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft law on certain measures relating to the selection of candidates for administrative positions in the self-governing bodies of judges and prosecutors.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the March 2022 plenary session of the Commission (18-19 March 2022).
