Strasbourg, Council of Europe – Today the Venice Commission issued its Urgent Opinion on the Law on the amendments to the Law on the President of Montenegro.
The request for urgent opinion was made on 9 November 2022 by the President of Montenegro.
The Urgent Opinion will be submitted for endorsement by the December plenary session of the Commission (Venice, 16-17 December 2022).
