By letter of 25 November 2022, the President of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova requested an urgent opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft Law “On counterintelligence and external intelligence activity”, as well as on the draft Law “On the Intelligence and Security Service ”. The urgent opinion will be prepared in due time and will subsequently be presented for endorsement by the March plenary of the Commission (Venice, 10-11 March 2023).
