The Venice Commission is pleased to announce the publication of the issue 2022/3 of the e-Bulletin on Constitutional Case-Law with 247 new precis of key judgments from some 31 national and two international courts.
The e-Bulletin reports three times a year on the case-law of constitutional courts and courts with equivalent jurisdiction, including case-law of the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
The e-Bulletin is sent to liaison officers of these courts and to subscribers by e-mail three times a year, each mailing reports on the most important case-law gathered during a four-month period. The issue 2022/3 covers the period of September to December 2022.
