Tirana - The President of the Venice Commission was in Tirana to participate in a conference organised by the Institute of European Studies on the topic :" Venice Commission and Albania, the dynamism of the Albanian legislation to European standards".
Mr Buquicchio also held meetings inter alia with the President, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice and several MPs of both the ruling majority and the opposition on the topics of the reform of the judiciary and the "decriminalisation of parliament".
