Strasbourg - Iain Cameron, a member of the Venice Commission, participated in a conference of the Council of Europe devoted to the right to freedom of expression; on this occasion, Mr Cameron introduced the Report of the Commission on the democratic control of the security services agencies collecting intelligence by electromagnetic means, as updated in March 2015.
