In the framework of the preparation of the draft opinion on the constitutional amendments adopted by the Hungarian parliament in December 2020, on 17, 18, 21 and 28 May 2021 the Commission’s rapporteurs held a series of online meetings with the representatives of the following authorities and other interlocutors:
• Minister of Justice;
• Minister of Family Affairs;
• Ministry of Human Resources;
• Supreme Court (Kuria);
• Political parties;
• Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority, and
• NGOs.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption during the 127th plenary session (2-3 July 2021).
