Moscow/online - The Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation organised the XI International Congress of Comparative Law entitled «Emergency situations: challenges of legal regulation in modern world».
Vice President of the Venice Commission Ms Claire Bazy Malaurie represented the Commission and delivered a report at the plenary session of the Congress on the “Key Issues and Problems of Emergencies in the View of the Venice Commission”.
