Seminar on "The impact of the case-law of the European Court of Human Rights on the activity of the Constitutional Courts of Central and Eastern Europe" organised by the Research Group on the Law and Transition in Eastern Europe of the University of Clermont-Ferrand (GRDT). Judge Klucka, Slovak member of the Venice Commission, presents a report on the Commission's activities relating to the abolition of the death penalty. A cooperation agreement between the GRDT and the Commission with the objective to publish opinions of the Commission in the Revue de Justice constitutionnelle est-européenne published by the GRDT is signed at this occasion.
