Tbilisi - the Venice Commission and the Constitutional Court of Georgia organised the 3d Congress of the Association of Constitutional Justice of the Countries of the Baltic and Black Sea Régions (BBCJ). The 1st Vice President Ms Kjerulf Thorgeirsdottir represented the Commission.
This activity falls in the framework of the Partnership for Good Governance (PGG) for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Belarus, funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
