Budapest – A joint delegation of the Venice Commission and the OSCE/ODIHR visited Hungary in the framework of the preparation of an opinion on Section 253 (Special Tax on Immigration) of the Law of 20 July 2018 on amending certain tax laws and other related laws and on the immigration tax.
