Moscow – The Chair of the Scientific Council of the Venice Commission professor Jan HELGESEN as well as other members of the Commission participated in the IXth International Congress of Comparative Law. The event was entitled «LEGAL VALUES IN THE FOCUS OF COMPARATIVE LAW» and organised by the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law of the Government of the Russian Federation.
