By letter dated 15 November 2022, the Minister of Justice of Serbia requested an opinion of the Venice Commission on the revised three draft Laws implementing the constitutional amendments on the judiciary: the draft law on the organisation of the courts, the draft law on judges, and the draft law on the Hight Judicial Council.
The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 133rd Plenary session of the Commission (16-17 December 2022).
