On 17 November 2022 the Interim President of Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova requested an Amicus curiae brief on declaring a political party unconstitutional.
The draft amicus curiae brief will be submitted for adoption during the 133rd plenary session (16-17 December 2022).
